  • Find The Shifter's Shack with shifter corpse impelled by vines.
  • Ask Local Birds
    • A male Elf in long robes visited.
    • After vines exploded out of the shack, he headed west.
  • Found mine cart in the shadow of a mountain with visible cave.
  • Camp

Sar, 3 Dravago, 1000 YK

Towering Wood – Morning – Misty

  • Made way up to cave.
  • Attacked by owls who tried to carry off Pangloss.
  • Orgog & Jain slew one owl after offering parley.
  • Owls claim to represent Taltea "Queen of the Birds".
  • After beating back the birds, we set up camp.
  • Dinner with Corlo (A Shifter Hunter wintering in the cave).

Cave Morning - Snow

  • Interviewed the bird prisoner about Taltea "Queen of the Birds" recieved Q2. and sent them away.

  • delved through the mine and found 2 Mighty Psudodragons
  • Statue of Balinor (Sovereign of the Horn and Hunt) – “Chiapet”.

Prairie Green – Morning – Light Rain

  • Entered the Meadow.
  • Met tiny Elemental spirits who danced a story of a giant Ox attacked by a Dragon. The Ox won.
  • Came upon a looted pyramid of clay bricks — Tomb of the King the Giant Ox.
  • Empty large coffin inscribed "Here lies King the Giant Ox"; bones moved with Tensor’s Magic Disk.
  • Full Lharvion Moon.

Zol, 6 Dravago, 1000 YK

Prairie Green – Light Rain

  • 6 miles NE of Meadow Brook.
  • 3 miles due south: another statue – looks like petrified bodies broken around a hill; a female human Paladin of Dol Arrah turned to stone on top.
  • We load the paladin into our floating boat.
  • We see 3 miles to the south a big hole where a shiny Ox emerged.

Meadow Brook – Snow

  • Headed north toward Greenheart. On the western side of the road is a large mound—catacombs with doors—guarded by the Ashbound.
  • Off the road ~40 ft: remains of a horse-drawn carriage.
  • 6 undead hands attack; Jain and Pangloss appear sick.
  • We make it to Greenheart.

Mausoleum Ruins of the Silver Flame - Windy and snowy

  • Windy and snowy; we head NW, then N through knee-deep swamp.
  • Find a watch tower; head east.
  • Five plant-people surround us.
  • One wields a pure silver trident covered in mold.
  • We kill them and return to the tower where Ciaran nearly dies getting a mold sample; Orgog cures him.

Lost - Light snowfall

  • An Illusionist is at work; we waste the morning wandering in circles.
  • We scout out, go to, and camp at the perfect square of wheat.
  • Canan, Gustin, and Alfie—travelers from Cranberry Gate.
  • Alfie says the wheat in the golden square makes the best bread and will change you.
  • Told about the Pure Flame (a sub-cult of the Silver Flame) who went after all shifters; their base was the Silver Haunt.

Lost - Light snowfall

  • The illusionist strikes again in the morning.
  • It takes all day to reach the swamp’s edge; we “let” the group catch up.

Zol, 13 Dravago, 1000 YK

Crash Site - Wind and snow

  • 300-ft-wide sinkhole; the ship lies in two parts dozens of feet from the hole.
  • Warden Alera has been guarding the wreck.
  • Jain notices Ciaran trying to keep the Ashbound reputation clean from the wreck.
  • The crash is dispersed with pale orc-like figures.
  • Fought an epic dog-man (short rest ~2 PM).
  • The Elemental went east; to capture it we’ll need a great Khyber Shard. Elementals are from Lamannia.

Fissure - Foggy

  • During his watch Pangloss saw in the fissure where the Assassan Vine had fallen hyenas attacking the vine.
  • The Party awakens and each gathers enough Dust of Dravago for one use.
  • Orgog was able to jump the chasm.
  • While traveling the party came upon a war party of Fiend Gnolls and destroyed them.
  • Found a Long House covered in Silk Wort with a circle of runes around it. The house was empty but had the sign for a House Tharashk clan named Tornn clan. The symbol was a jail door with claw marks instead of a window. That house is known to associate with the Gatekeepers Druids.
  • Ciaran suspects that the Gatekeepers Druids, were protecting against Fiend influences of the Wildheart Overlord.
  • We track that Fire Elemental to the Gnoll Warrens and spend the night.

Far, 16 Dravago, 1000 YK

Gnoll Warrens - Foggy

  • Nothing is alive here except the elemental fire that burns on, well after it's fuel is consumed.
  • Following the flames into the hearth of the cave, a statue surrounded by offerings in a large room is spied. Moving in and out of the statue consuming the offerings is the escaped Fire Elemental from The Wreck of The Upward Bound
  • Jain convinces the Elemental that the party is there to help through her special powers of the mind.
  • She names him Crackle Dao
  • Crackle talks about the swamp we passed and that there is a portal back to his plane in it. But it is blocked by a Dragon! and some ruffians. But the portal will close in 5 days.
  • The Party goes to the swamp and find a hag named Peggy and her steed a Catoblepas. She is Peggy and it is Stewknee
  • Peggy offers to let us in the Tower of the Bubling Bog through a secret entrance if we get her a matching pair of golen lioness statues she claims to have given the Dragon. She gives Jain a bit of "Cold Fire"
  • The Party makes it's way back toward the Crackle on the way finding Warden Aleria and her companions. We convince her to come with us and send back her coleagues, Ciaran asks that she keep it a secret.
  • We stay at the Long house.

Sar, 17 Dravago. 1000 YK

  • The party enters the cave and speaks with Crackle
  • The party finds that the Rat Shifter was being tortured by the Gnolls.
  • He is a lyconthrope and desperatly wants his Charm back before the full moon or he will change.
  • Crackle waits while the party searches the cave dealing with a few errend Gnolls, at one point in a puddle they scry a war between Gnolls and Minatores and in the distance two massive figures in wrestling match, they are the Wild Heart and the Rage of War.
  • Eventually we befriend a Blue Winged Koboled named Snood, we give her a silvered dagger and she tells us we are welcomed anytime at the settlement in the mountains in the NE. She gives us the charm!
  • The party makes their way back to the Bubbleing Bog and the Peggy does a ritual that puts them in the basement of the Tower.
  • As they start making their way
    • They find a flyer for some sort of passed theatrical production in Sharn that has been stabbed over and over. The show was called "Enter the Meatgrinder"
    • they discover an Actor who they take prisoner he speaks of his leader Ashland and says they are the Blackheart Bandits. He tells where the hoard is, in a room where the party hears a sad trumpet from outside.
  • The party moved through the tower returning Crackle to his home.
  • We stole the golden lion statues from the Dragon.
  • We escaped into the night. and eventually track down Peggy.
  • Peggy says she is building a zoo and the statues turn into real lions.
  • The dragon hunts for us.
  • We return to the Longhouse.

Sul, 18 Dravago. 1000 YK

  • Orgog reports there were many sources of howling during his watch (full moon).
  • Canin calls it the "daybreak howl".
  • He tells us some were-communities howl to give thanks to not being permanent creatures, while others curse the loss of the moon.
  • Canin tells us he and his friends were ready to rob us when we first encountered, but was moved to compassion by our offer of food and safe sleep.
  • Zardurri, Home of the Blue Scale
  • Spend the night in the Gnoll Cave

Mol, 19 Dravago. 1000 YK

  • We head into the deep woods reputed to be home to were-creatures.
  • Instead, we meet a tall elf wearing black jester clothing. Introduced to us as The Pale Shadow.
  • The jester is seeking an elf named X'ennia Sai.
  • We promise to let him know if we come across this elf.
  • He tells us of a huge troll called The Contortionist.

  • We find and kill The Contortionist
  • The lair is a natural oblisk
  • Statues to
    • Dol Arrah, Sovereign of Sun and Sacrifice
    • Dol Dorn, Sovereign of Strength and Steel
    • Dol Azur (the Mockery)
  • Tombs to heros of each god.
    • "The final resting of the traitor Juryx Undershore, whose companions saw fit to have buried beside them in spite of his transgressions.”
    • “The final resting of Olyra Fenril, who fought with honor beside her companions until the very end."

  • lite snow
  • we escavate the Troll, and get a little mixed up on directions.
  • We find the ruins of a village where we are attacked by a warewolf and 3 shifters.
  • Orgog is bitten and cursed.
  • We return the troll to Moda d'Vadalis

Far, 23 & Sar, 24 Dravago. 1000 YK

  • We rest, while Pangloss makes armor.
  • We report into Rika d'Orien she says that the wreck had been plundered of the engines which she will pay 1000gp for back.
  • We are to go to crash site for 500gp pay from finding the elemental.

Warm and Cloudy

  • Awoken by Vermont d'Vadalis quarttermaster He uses Lord Glorpat the king of the Bully Wogs by name as he talks about the region. He is a critic of the Wardens and he seams to be trying to figure out how much we know about the Pale Shadow.
  • We find out that Animal messenges to the Warden Outpost are being destroyed. Pangloss sends message to Rika: "Have discovered conspiracy to disrupt warden outpost by bullywug territory. Someone is killing all animal messengers in and out. Please notify the wardens."
  • We find a long boat that has been repurposed into a stage A group of Greensingers are performing.
    • Daelli (female half-elf). Eye of the Cat (female shifter). Aust (male elf). Tellia (female half-elf) is their face.
    • they talk about the city to the west Shae Loralyndar a ghost city that comes and goes. It is also called the City of Rose and Thorn and apears to move or be hard to find., she gives Orgog an unhatched bird egg for the story of the dragon.,

Hot and Dry

  • The Fallen Bluffs is the Mountain Range we are in.,
  • While making our way through the mountains we are attacked and defeat 3 Harpies and a Peryton.,
  • Due to fires in the mountains we were forced down to the shore where we found hundreds of camp sites with signs of migration to the area with the fires and smoke.,
  • There is a bounty for an Ashbound Druid named Destiny One-Eye

Warm

  • We find the Ashbound Druids trying to burn fairie meeting places.,
  • We see an Ancient Monastery a top a near by Mountain. It has lights through the night.,

Mol, 5 Nym. 1000 YK

Warm

  • A large fireball explode in the monastery. The party finds a switchback staircase up., At the top pillars with draconic script carved in them that says, in draconic poem has to be repeated over and over to keep the Voice in the Stone.,
  • This is a Gatekeeper Monastery to keep a daelkyr from Xoriat imprissoned, being attacked by what apear to be corrupted Children of Winter from The Glooming who talk about "The Bloody Cornucopia".
  • Veego was a prisoner here, he is the one Orgog was hunting. Orgog took Veego and teleported away.
  • The Gatekeepers were charged with the protection of a scale of Verock the voice of ebberon
  • Pangloss gets a copy of draconic poem from the pillars "the Song that Seals the Voice"
  • Gatekeeper Adderak — is not sure who attacked them he does not think they were normal Children of Winter they were darker but used poison and withering they usually stick to the Gloaming, he says that on a mountain peak named Theif's Tower there is a Silver Dragon by the name of Pundug, the Anointed Horn and he may be able to give us more informaation.

Sunny and Clear

  • We travel south and find a 30' stone monument with a bell, surrounded by a carving of Eberron. Cairan believes it to be a meeting place.
  • Orian rings the bell and a horn answers. A group of aquatic shifters from a nearby floating village approach from the south.
  • We ride out to meet them, but fail to convince them of our intentions. They attack.
  • Orian kills Queen Brimfloat; we dispatch the rest.
  • After an hour's rest, the weather turns cooler.
  • Moving west, we discover a naturally carved tower radiating evil transmutation magic.
  • A distant owl screech follows us throughout.
  • That night, a 15' mutated Owlbear approaches camp. We kill it.

Wir, 7 Nym 1000 YK

Warm Drizzle

  • We make our way back to the tower. Tower is 120’ by 80’ by 40’ Tall
  • We make a deal with the "Bone that Itches" a trapped demon, to (Orion) release a prisoner (Augh, a Prof from Morgrave looking for Zoriot artificats) and later (Ciaran) to retreive a book that will free the demon and teach Ciaran how to protect the wood from the abjurations in the south.
  • Pangloss found the effects of an Aundairian soldier.
